How can you help me ?

With WordPress Professional Support plan, you can submit up to 10 tasks in a month per site enrolled. We can also give you expert WordPress advice and troubleshooting.

Are there limits to the tasks you will do ?

We do fixes and jobs within WordPress. Example of task can be:

Change header or footer
Add or edit your Woocommerce product
Add simple functionality to your site
Page speed optimization and security improvements
Schedule and publish blog posts
Create new pages or page templates
Configure plugins
Consult on web decisions (plugin choices, hosting, site builds, etc)
Larger, more complex projects are not included but can be accomodated as customized task/ development. Let us know full details and we will send our quotation.

How long does a task take to complete ?

We complete tasks on the same business day, on the average. Our service comes with a next business day guarantee. So if you request a task over the weekend, we generally take care of it on Monday morning.

Will you support more than one site ?

Our monthly WordPress professional support plan is for one website. You can subscribe twice if you want us to support your 2 sites.

Does it matter where my site is hosted ?

We work with most hosting providers. If there is a need, we’ll work directly with your host to ensure we provide our service seamlessly.

Can I cancel my plan anytime ?

You certainly can. You pay up front each month for your plan. If you’d like to cancel, just let us know before your next month begins.

Can I sign up if I don't have WordPress site ?

We only support WordPress-based site. However, we also do WordPress website design and development, contact us if you need one.
